After School Program
Available to children ages 8-11, the After School with Animals Program offers several 5-week sessions during which children have a hands-on opportunity to work with shelter animals. Through lessons, activities, and interactions with dogs and cats, children learn about animal care and well-being. Please note: This program is not appropriate for children with fear or anxiety toward animals.

Designed for children ages 8-11

Classes meet on Mondays at NAHS from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for five weeks

Registration fee is $75 per student except for the short session which is $50. A $10 fee will apply for any cancellations.
